Welcome to Bognor Regis, a quaint, quiet seaside town harbouring a dark, dirty secret. Students Adam, Pete, Hana and Dave have been living up to their student stereotype by letting their house slip in to a shockingly sorry state.

Experts in English they may be, but they won't be graduating from Kim and Aggie's school of hygiene. All over the house are the decaying remnants of long-forgotten parties. In the kitchen sink, you could be forgiven for mistaking the slime and grime for a biology student's final year thesis.

Kim gets started in the bathroom, teaching regular house guest Alex the virtues of a spotless loo. Then she moves on to the kitchen, showing Hana how to bring that sink up sparkling. In the meantime, Aggie's been conducting her science experiments in a last-ditch bid to hammer home the dangers of living like a typical student.

The cleaning team are called in to blitz the house, but not before Kim and Aggie instil some valuable life lessons into these bright young things. Will they manage to break the student mould and learn to stick to a cleaning rota?
