Here's what the ladies got up to last time around, when they took the nation by storm by changing the ways of the dirtiest homeowners you could ever imagine.

Hospital Special: When Kim and Aggie Went To Hospital

The dirt-busting duo visit Ealing Hospital, West London, in an hour-long special to look at the standards of cleanliness and issues of hygiene facing Britain's hospitals.

Episode 1: Down On The Farm

When Ann and Adam Massingham ditched the London rat race for the good life in the country, they went native in more ways than one. Ten years on, can Kim and Aggie turn their hovel back into a home?

Episode 2: Pat Crothers

Pensioner Pat Crothers' house is a real mess. Her bathroom was lost to junk over a decade ago, and she hasn't seen her floors for years. Kim and Aggie attempt to clear out the rubbish and reclaim her home.

Episode 3: Nooska Mullins

Single mum Nooska Mullins juggles nightshifts as a carer with teacher training, so she doesn't have time for housework. But her nine-year-old son, Connor, is too embarassed to invite his friends round...

Episode 4: James Grieve

Professional dog walker James Grieve's flat is filled with festering rubbish and newspapers that have created dangerous levels of fungi and bacteria. For the sake of his health, can Kim and Aggie clean it up?

Episode 5: Jacqueline Jones

Jacqueline Jones lives for her art but her house suffers for it. On top of her neglect, Jacqueline also has a cat that displays its own poo-based creations all over the place. The effect isn't pretty, and smells even worse...

Episode 6: Donna And David Burton

Young parents Donna and David Burton have neglected their home while looking after their toddler, but, with a second child on the way, it's time for Kim and Aggie to sort them out.

Episode 7: Meryl Gaskin

Meryl Gaskin's home is so full of junk that she hasn't been able to get into her lounge for two years, and her kitchen features dead animals and ivy growing through the windows. Kim and Aggie have a challenge on their hand.

Episode 8: Glynis And Aaron Horton

Glynis Horton and her son Aaron have a flat so messy that they keep escaping from it by going on holiday. Can Kim and Aggie interest a skater boy in housework and persuade mum that a clean home can beat the best hotel?

Episode 9: Carys Hughes

Carys Hughes keeps an immaculate kitchen at work, but Aggie reckons that her home kitchen is a health hazard, and Kim is worried that her two children are lost under all the clutter.

Episode 10: Margaret And James Holland

Animal-loving Margaret and James Holland's horses enjoy better creature comforts than they do: their cluttered cottage has become dangerous obstacle course for James, who is blind.

Episode 11: Michelle Jay

Michelle spends her evenings singing karaoke but hasn't cleaned her far from glam south London two-bedroom maisonette for 20 years. Can Kim and Aggie get her singing from their rhyme sheet?

Episode 12: The Phrew Family

The Prew family love amateur dramatics so much they've turned their terraced house into a horror set. Dad Frank has been battling alone against the chaos but, finally, now mum Carolyn wants a fresh life with a fresher home too. Can Kim and Aggie get them to learn a new script?

  1. I'm just watching the How Clean is Your House episode with Gary and Fred on More 4 (27th April 2009). I can't believe how defensive Fred is being. She is living in absolute filth and rather than listening to Kim and Aggie, she thinks they are being patronising. Cooey!! Wake up and smell the capuccino!! I can just tell they are just going to end up being big slobs again...and they're going to get their home cleaned for free, although i don't think it will last that long! do a bit of work you lazy people!!!
