Meet Margaret, a 52 year old admin assistant from Hull. She's potty about pretty things, but her obsession with ornaments has turned her once-heavenly house into a horrible hovel.

The fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer have been broken for years, and Margaret is too ashamed to let a repairman through the front door. In fact, the only person who has been in Margaret's house in a long while is her best friend, Karl. Now he's calling on Kim and Aggie to come and rescue his friend from this tyranny of trinkets.

Upon entering Margaret's house, a swarm of flies engulfs any visitor. The living room is piled high with years of old newspapers, car booty and an unhealthy layer of dust.

In the bathroom, the ceiling is coated with black mould, passing harmful spores into the air. The toilet is in a sorry state, and inexplicably there are clothes hanging everywhere.

As Aggie enters the kitchen, her worst fears are realised. The countertop is littered with mouse droppings. The oven, fridge and washing machine haven't been used for years, while the dryer is bizarrely used for storing food and kitchenware.

In the bedroom, Margaret has been sleeping on one side of her bed for goodness knows how long. The other side is lost under mountains of junk. Everywhere clothes, suitcases, books, newspapers and other detritus hide the furniture beneath.
