London's Tower Hamlets council has asked the nation's cleaning queens to back up their rat-catching efforts. They want Kim and Aggie's help to get the message across that there is more that residents and businesses can do to help them deal with the rat problem. Kim and Aggie talk to the experts to find out about the scale of the rat problem across the country. They learn all they need to know to tackle the enemy by getting up close and very personal with these rodents.
Tower Hamlets operates one of the largest pest-control teams in London, and Kim and Aggie join top rat-catcher, Tim, to find out how he deals with cases.
The queens of clean get stuck into their new mission, with top tips for householders on how to rat-proof their homes; they test some of the latest technology in rat catching, and take their anti-food-litter message onto the streets and into the schools with the help of a giant mobile billboard.
Transgressors are shown the error of their ways, but can Kim and Aggie clean up a neighbourhood?
