Great Designs programs are normally a real pleasure to watch. The "Alicante job" proved otherwise, showing all the things one can really do without: complete disregard of building practise, arrogance to the core, questionable taste and a baby on the building site. While adults were wearing yellow hard hats the little one had to make do with a flimsy bonnet - how daft is that ! To quote an immortal philosopher (Del Boy): it put the punters right off.
