This is a project which has been saved - partly by the quality of the craftsmanship here but also ironically by the overrun which allowed Katrin to go back and make all those design changes - many of which were improvements. But I think that with the help of a good architect they could have done so much more here you know.
This is a good project but it could have been a great project. If only they had invested in some design right at the beginning. And they've sort of learnt that - you know Katrin and James I think now know that good design isn't about shopping - it isn't about spending money...it's about spending time.
