5. My family and I live at Meldon Park near Morpeth, Northumberland. The house was built by John Dobson and it has been in the Cookson family since 1832. We currently operate a livery business, a holiday apartment and have numerous agricultural and domestic tenants on the estate. 7. Hi very interested in the programme and all the ideas. My Grandmother owns a large estate which needs rescuing. Her plan is for my brother, sister and i to take it over. Will another series being running at any point? Or would Ruth be able to come and visit us. Any help or ideas would be much appreciated. 8. I'm impressed with the help Ruth has given to hoteliers and country house owners. I wonder if there are any plans to do similar for managing commitees? I am joint chairman of a commitee for a residential estate, but have no experience, have inherited a lot of problems and have an unhelpful managing agent. We would welcome Ruth's advice and hope her forthright manner may help us to see our simple requests realised. Many thanks, Zoe

10. I'd like Ruth to come and check us out. Grade two 6 beds, stone and slate court yard with planning, spring water bottling, 2.5 acre fishing lake, 70 acres selling to eco-village [Lammas.org.uk] compost toilet building project in one of three agricultural sheds . What would she do with all this?

12. Hi Ruth, can you tell me why you don't mention or appear to consider economic cycles in your program ? We are currently in the start of Great Depression 2, & in my opinion this is not a good time to start any type of business, even those that have been tradionally recession proof. I regularly post on this site: http://www.greenenergyinvestors.com/index.php?&showforum=2 Surely when telling people to invest vast sums of money into business ventures, you should be also taking into account historical economic cycles & the current economic/financial climate? your thoughts please.
