The planets are clearly in the right place today. Andre, the athletic mayor, has a welcome gift Monty simply can’t refuse.
Monty: ‘it’s unbelievable, I mean to be given a van for a, well for a Euro. And it’s a really nice van as well.’
It was originally destined for the scrapheap, which comes as no surprise to Linzie.
Linzie: ‘Is it safe? It looks like it’s going to fall to pieces, you know.’
Monty knows. But a van’s a van and, not one to worry about a few scuffs on his leather interior, Monty puts his new gift to good use.
