Monty’s always accepted that training Linzie up would be a bit of a challenge, but now he realises his employing a complete novice is proving to be a disaster. Linzie is due to go home for the Easter break. But what Monty has to say before she leaves comes completely out of the blue.
Monty: ‘I knew I wasn’t getting a gardening expert. I knew I wasn’t getting a wine expert. I knew I wasn’t getting a biodynamics expert. But for me I wanted to take that challenge. I want you to only come back if you’re going to pull your weight.’ Ouch.
Will Linzie come back to France after Monty’s big outburst? Will he feel any remorse? All will be revealed next week on Chateau Monty...
