Monty’s arranged to meet up with two locals who might be able to help him fulfill his ambitions of property development. John and Peter have lived here for five years and have experience renovating run-down and derelict houses. That said, you can only work with what you’ve got and this is never going to make it on to Grand Designs.
With the local tradesmen all booked up for the next 12 months, the chances of creating a villa amongst the vines look slim. Fortunately for Monty, the lads’ friend Andy is a dab hand at building and might be able to help out.
