After their hearty breakfast, it's up to the vineyard to make a regular inspection. The vines are vulnerable to attack by pests, but Monty’s vineyard is organic and he despises anything chemical. Instead, he’s depending on nature for help. Ladybirds are very good at eating spider mites, which can ravage a vineyard – so they provide free pest control.
