Linzie's changed, too. "It’s made me look at wine in a completely different way," she tells Monty. "Before, I’d probably have a glass of wine, and if it was awful I’d carry on drinking it. Well I don’t any more."
Monty has achieved what he set out to do. He’s made decent wine - and to top it all, he’s made a profit. "I’m reliably informed by my accountant," he explains, looking at Sylvana, "that I made a profit of eighteen pounds and thirty pence. And my target is to convert that into a million."
