Monty's sharing the limelight with Sylvana. They have exciting news about their future; Sylvana’s expecting a baby.
"The baby’s going to arrive slap bang in the middle of next year’s harvest," says Monty. "So in terms of planning ... I think I got my lunar cycles mixed up."
But he's very happy.
"This year’s been the best year of my life. No doubt in my mind about that. And the good news is it’s going to continue. When I started this project I was definitely a wine writer, pure and simple. Now I’m a wine maker, and it’s going to stay that way. It’s not just the fact that I’ve got my own wine in my own glass. Other aspects of my life are ... I’ve just gained clarity, I suppose, is how I can describe it."
