Linzie will be living with Monty in the isolated mountain village of Saint Martin De Fenouillet. It doesn’t get much more remote than this. There’s a tiny population of just forty with no shopping and no bars. There's just one small hotel, where Monty’s been staying until now.
The vineyard is just outside the village. Today, Monty begins the mammoth task of transforming it from organic to biodynamic. He's mixed some cow manure with a chamomile and nettle tea for his first biodynamic tonic. This is very labour-intensive; he has to walk many miles just to cover the vineyard.
