It’s now late August and the harvest is not far away. In the winery it’s time to get dirty. Today, Monty and Linzie begin the job of renovating the old traditional concrete vats. They’ve been neglected for nearly forty years.
Monty’s grapes will live in here for nearly a month, fermenting slowly into alcoholic wine.
