With everything growing so well, it’s time for Monty to start thinking about what to do with his grapes once they’re ripe. Monty has set his heart on making his wine in a traditional concrete vat. They’re expensive and hard to come by, but the local cooperative has twenty four of them.
Unfortunately Monty is out of luck – they’re all booked. His neighbour Eric has concrete wine vats in his cellar but they’ve been disused since the 70s. Monty might be getting the use of these vats for free but it’ll take a large amount of spit and polish to make them perfect for his wine.
