As well as being here on holiday, Monty’s girlfriend Sylvana is keeping a beady eye on the project finances which are looking a tad shaky, though there’s some news that could put his budget on firmer ground.
Monty: ‘At the moment in terms of yield, I’m looking like making about I would say twenty per cent more bottles than I’d planned. So that’s a real bonus. And because I have overspent, I might be able to get some of the money back.’
That’s an extra 1000 bottles to help offset Monty’s budget deficit.
