And the result? "It’s sweet, it tastes of fruit. Simple."
Bill thinks Monty's done well. "He’s done a fantastic job, because he’s, you know, a neophyte. It's his first effort. This is a bloody difficult thing to do."
And how does he think the wine will turn out? "It should be delicious," Bill tells Monty. "As long as you don’t cock it up, of course! Ha ha ha!"
Sadly, Bill Baker has passed away since filming. You can read his obituaries on the Independent and Telegraph websites.
