The Mayor has turned up as well, which is a real honour. "He said they’ve been very well looked after, these grapes," translates Monty. "Getting the thumbs up from the Mayor is a really big deal for me. These guys haven’t ever picked a biodynamic vineyard before … it’s the first time they’ve ever done it, and I think they were quite surprised by how good the grapes are."
