  1. We are purchasing a property in the La Grande Motte Region of Montpellier (La Maisons Du Golf) right on the edge of 3 golf courses. After watching yesterdays ' place in the sun', the presenters said that certain areas are prone to flooding--- could you just assure us that this region is o.k. regards floods!!!
