They've always dreamt of living on their beloved island of Crete, and they've saved £80,000 to do it. But that's not very much, especially as they want it to be close to the sea.
In the last five years, property prices have shot up, so if they want the little stone cottage they're looking for, they're going to have to look at a major renovation project, but these are getting extremely scarce.
Their other option is to bite the bullet on one of the many new apartments springing up all over the island. Can Amanda convince them to be a little more realistic with their expectations?
