2. Hi Amanda I have been watching all programmes related to people building their places in the sun, but haven't seen any programmes about properties being built in Morocco. I am in the pocess of building a riyad and a hoilday complex in Marrakech and would like to share my story with people interested in buiding holiday homes in Morocco. The administrative system is quite different to the one in the UK and I believe filming my story might give others some insight into the issues one could face when buliding in Morocco. Regards Amina

3. hi amanda, i would be grateful for your advice please. in 1999 my partner and i purchased a villa in the costa blanca area of spain, but in 2004 we decided to split, with this i agreed to have my name taken off the deeds, since then we have got back together and i would like to have my name back on the deeds but my partner says this will be a problem and that it would be very expensive, i understand the laws are different to ours, is there anyway round this problem?

Hello Amanda, I am looking to purchase a retirement two bed apartment for my disabled elderly mum somewhere in Majorca, close to the sandy beach within a resort complex or very near to one if possible, which must have disabled access facilities. As a very last resort I will consider purchasing in a major town in Costa Blanca. My budget in todays credit crunch market is £40k to £50k. I am not in a hurry to purchase. Please can you help.

7. Hello, I have just heard a programme is to be produced about those living in and coming to Mallorca. Our family may interest you. Settled in Mallorca 6 years ago,started a small car hire company with 6 cars, grew to be one of the largest independent companies on the Island run by myself and wife Naomi. Two children now 14 and 11 have experienced both English and local state Spanish schools (helped their Spanish and Catalan no end). Diagnosed with malignant tumor (Cancer of the neck) Feb 2008. All treatment here with Spanish National Health, Surgery, Chemo,Radiotherapy. etc. Health now fine. We unintentionally had a new baby boy July 2008 (these things happen) born in Palma's main hospital baby Daniel, a brother to Curtis and Nikita. We bought our first house when we arrived, sold last year and bought another in the Spanish countryside (very Spanish area-few tourists). So we have had plenty of experience of Spanish National Health, Schools, Business etc. Plus why wife has worked as a horse-riding instructor, myself and daughter Nikita have had a number of modelling jobs here on the Island and relax in Karaoke bars and wife Naomi and son Curtis are fantastic singers. 9. Hi Amanda, This question isn't directly related to the programme as such but hope you will bear with me. I don't know if it was you on the programme (3rd July) USA but if it was, please tell me where you purchased the black and white dress from, I love it and it would be perfect for my son's evening reception on August 14th. Dear Amanda We have actually met jonny whilst they were filming our house in lancashire a year ago, our house was one of the three to be selected on home and away; unfortunately not selected or sold yet. We are considering a new life in new zealand:we have not been but many friends have told us how great it is. My wife, Kat is a dietician specialising in diabetes and i am a senior building estimator. could you offer some advice. i heard tauranga is lovely and up and coming; there are jobs for me there also.
