I lived for 20 years in the San Francisco Bay area and would not want to buy in southern California. The scenery in the north is better and houses are not so overpriced. Why didn't Barry move to Oregon to be near his other son as prices are lower there and it is very green and pretty due to lots of rain like England! We felt that Jasmine was getting a little bit frustrated with Barry as for a motivational speaker he wasn't very motivated! We live in France and have free healthcare here so wouldn't want to move back to the US at present until their healthcare is equal to that which we receive here. We thought none of the properties in either country had the wow factor for the prices asked. As soon as the agents find out you're English the prices seem to jump up higher on these programmes and it doesn't equate to what you can actually buy for your money. However, keep up the good work, we enjoy watching! We do feel also that a lot of the people on the programme seem to want to advertise their work or product free and then end up buying nothing or still have their own house on the market which is absurd and defeats the object.
