2. Hi there is have just seen the program where a family was deciding on buying a investment in port and moving to the U.S.A. I was wondering if you could help with some advise. Me and my partner were really interested in the move to the us but it seems inpossible to make the move and work out there. Is there other way to do this without investing lotts of money in a business. Regards Ian

6. Hi, My wife and I were very impressed with your trip to Portugal and the properties you were able to show in the program. We are in the process of putting our house on the market and are looking to settle in the sun with plans to set up a B&B. 14. I am keen to obtain information on the Portugese properties featured in this program. The information/websites you have listed relate to Spanish estate agents and not Portugese. I have contacted them and they dont know what I am talking about in relation to Potugals 'Green Coast' - the area featured in the program. 19. I was very interested in the programme regarding Portugals GREEN area, the web information does at present include this information as a heading. When I try to obtain this information the Manchester Spain information comes up. Is the information on the web up to date? We watched your episode of place in the sun home and away on Friday 29th August and would like to know the name of the hotel that was shown at the end of the programme in Portugal's Green Coast where Jasmin was discussing with the couple whether to buy in Cornwall or Portugal. It looked lovely with beautiful grounds and a large swimming pool. We love your programme and would like to visit this part of Portugal and thought this hotel looked rather special. 32. Regarding Friday nights episode (29.08.08). I am very interested in purchsing the villa with 5 bedrooms but cannot find any information about it on the internet. Please could you send details. Also a comment about the couple enjoying a free holiday - surely they must have thought about the implications upon their family before wasting everybodies time! As a viewer I find the majority do not buy and the outcome is becoming predictable.

We have never been there but were very impressed with the area and the property that you showed the couple, particulary the Esposende townhouse. We know that this was filmed last year, but at the end of the programme you said you would give the couple names of agents that you knew. We would be very grateful if you could give us these details as we would be very interested in property like the esposende townhouse which is near the sea and within that price range. 48. I watch this programme often and I'm sure I can't be the only viewer who is impressed with some of the porperties that Jonnie Irwin and Jasmine Harman arrange the public who take part to view. But I am tired of the people who ask to take part and then give feeble excuses for not moving when they are well aware of the reasons before they take part, this does not make for good viewing. It's as if they are only after a cheap trip to their chosen destination. What some of us would like is to see a follow up 1 year on as to how they have settled and how the move abroad has changed their lives. So can we please have a few episodes where the move actually takes place.

I have long wanted to move to Portugal for good and having just returned from there from holiday in the Algarve and having just seen your programme now i really want to but need to convince my husband and 3 kids ( it would not take that much as they love it out there too ). If we were to sell up and move there properly we would have approx £300,000 to spend which would leave us mortgage free.( for the right place we could stretch this slightly) We would need please a 5 bed house with a pool and garage (double is possible.)and near to good english speaking secondary schools - a short drive to the beach would also be great . I don,t really know what else to say apart from that we all need to make this break and really really really need your help in giuding us in the right direction . My husband may need to start up his business in Portugal and therefore we will need to be within a half hour drive of a large town for this to be possible . We all know that this is what we want but some members of the family need convincing more that others- take 12 year old daughter for example. we just do not know what we can get for our money on the green coast and really need your help.
