Craig and Dylan want to swap life on the farm in North Wales for occasional fun in the sun. But they can't decide between a holiday home in Brighton - with its great nightlife, and proximity to Craig's parents in London - or Gran Canaria, where they first met. Jonnie and Jasmine show them the best of both worlds... but will they choose home or away?
The task:
Craig and Dylan are looking for a one bedroom flat in Brighton, or a one or two bedroom apartment in Gran Canaria. They don't mind doing a bit of work to the place to put their own stamp on it. They have a budget of £175,000 in either place.
