How To Clean Wallpaper
Now wallpaper is 'back' we have to remember how to maintain it.
Every week: Vacuuming the paper will remove dust and keep wallpaper looking ace.
Washable or wipeable wallpapers can be, er, washed or wiped. If you're not sure if yours is, give a hidden corner of the paper a quick wipe with a just-damp cloth and hope for the best - if the water is absorbed it's not washable.
Vacuum the paper before washing then wipe it down with a wrung-out cloth and a mild washing-up liquid solution. Don't go mad with rubbing unless you want to redecorate soon and dab the paper dry with paper towels as you go.
