The building was given an Arts & Crafts-style makeover, with a central oversailing gable supported on oak posts and brackets, and new roof tiles. The windows are not strictly Arts and Crafts in style; instead of the typical smaller openings with leaded lights, larger windows were chosen to increase the light.
