Overview: The last job after tiling or replacing a bathroom or kitchen sink is to make the joint watertight with a flexible sealant. Clear, white and coloured sealants are available, just make sure whatever you use has a mould inhibitor to reduce the chances of black mildew spoiling the new finish.
