Side winder controls or cord lock are now available - also I agree withe Blinds comment regarding child safety - although easy break chains are usually fitted as standard on the side winder option.

Very important to consider the child safety issue with regards to the sidewinder control of the roman blinds. If you have children always use cord control instead of a chain.

When buying Roman Blinds consider a sidewinder control which operates in the same manner as a Roller Blind control. A sidewinder removes the need to have a long cord which can become tangled and can become tiresome to use.

Help please - decorating living room but stuck on what to do with the windows. Currently has vertical blinds - the window is french doors in an modern bay window! Unsure what would look right; any help would be appreciated!
