With regard the under-unit wine cooler, it's very nice, but if I was going have something like this I wouldn't have something that was hidden away in a cupboard I would make it a feature of the kitchen. I would go for something like the ones here http://www.winess.co.uk/wine_cabinet_cooler_fridge/wine_coolers_cabinets_fridges.html and really make a feature out of it.
