Forget straight lines - how about adding a little romance to your bedroom? Hand made assembled by Italian craftsmen and hand painted in an ivory finish, you're paying for the quality craftsmanship involved, but this dressing table will keep its good looks longer than most with not so much as a nip or tuck required (well perhaps a spot of Pledge would help).

K2C Console Table by Tecta
£695, Aram Store (H71xW120xD38cm)
While not technically a dressing table, this neat little console with sexy chrome legs will do the job just as well, especially when teamed with a contrastingly decadent mirror and stool. It's quite narrow, so it would be a good choice for smaller bedrooms and the orange laminate top not only looks lovely, but is very practical when it comes to wiping up spillages. A great choice for modern apartments where a traditional dressing table would look out of place.
