- Stencilling with a brush is great for small designs, for introducing more than one colour, and for shading.
- Hold the stencil brush at right angles to the surface and apply a small amount of paint with a dabbing motion. Don’t overload the brush or the paint will seep beneath the stencil and spoil the design.
