1. I am just about to start making some of these roses for an anniversary cake and I noticed the comments about the little cake tins. I have some 'Alan Silverwood Multi mini cake tins' that are perfect for these little cakes. They have the height and the diameter and also come with a recipe to use and instructions on how to divide the mixture evenly. I bought mine from Ebay for ?27, (this is for the 16 piece set), but if you google them, you can find them in other places too and in different sized sets. Hope this helps.

2. I am like the rest on this site and would love to know what you used for the cake.... missed all except last 5 min of show and would love to do this as my sons wedding cake. Could you use tea cups for the cakes? Just wondering what "tins" in Australia l could use and how far ahead could the ckaes be made... could you email photo's of the other cakes you showed on TV... Fantasic show.... keep it up

4. There are books that Mich Turner herself has written instructing ways in which to decorate celebration cakes. They can be found on The Little Venice Cake Company web page shop. If that helps you?

5. I would like to make some of these cakes for my sons wedding next year. Is there a book with recipes and methods and where could I buy the tins and other equipment required.? Also , is there going to be a book from the series?
