12. Tap Tips (Image 12 of 13)
Classic ceramic sinks in a traditional Belfast or butler design work well with a traditional swan neck bridge mixer tap in chrome or pewter. Modern ceramic designs along with stainless steel or composite can have their pick with a huge range of stylish, sculptural tap shapes with everything from filtered water taps to illuminated mixers with integrated LED lighting.
According to Amanda Cawood, Product and Marketing Manager for Caple, there has been consistent popularity for the ceramic sit-in sink. 'These solid fireclay ceramic sinks are well suited in the traditional country kitchen, but can create a focal point in any setting; making them highly sought-after.' Caple has recently put a contemporary spin on this age-old classic with a stainless steel Belfast design (above) while RAK Ceramics has introduced a bow-fronted version. Blanco meanwhile has extended its range to include super-sized sinks to accommodate your every need.
