Just as you would with any kitchen, but particularly those with long runs of units, you need to carefully map out where your appliances will sit. Ideally, you need to keep your 'work triangle' close - in other words, the sink, oven/hob and fridge within easy reach of each other. You can then consign storage cupboards to the ends of the run.
