The first job is to methodically identify and hopefully eliminate the stumbling blocks, and these are more than a couple of snags. Crucially, we have to face the reality of the lack of budget. It was not because of lack of interest that we thought we could get to the garden in 20 years time. Jason has put forward a number of £10,000 and, hilariously, my first thought was that it seemed rather generous. Believe me, it takes two minutes to design that away…as we now realise, and that is without any problems. £10k it is though. We must design our garden to suit.
