If they are - define each of their spaces separately. One way of doing this is by customising the walls with their names (use paint, card or simply buy ready-made lettering). Also, give them bedlinen that co-ordinates colour-wise, but has different motifs. So, one might have dinosaurs, the other might have space. That way, there'll be no fighting. Well, there will, but you might delay it a few minutes...
