When it comes to installation, preparation is key. Make sure the base is clean and flat and if you’re laying onto wood or underfloor heating, ensure you use a flexible adhesive. All stone is porous and if you use the wrong adhesive, it could be absorbed by the stone and stain the tile’s surface. Ask your supplier for details and always use a qualified fitter.
