Ketchup Bottle. How To Remove tomato Ketchup

From carpets: Scrape off what you can with a blunt knife, then blot stain with half-and-half glycerine and water. Dab clean with soda water or a baking-soda solution. Shampoo carpet.

From fabric: Pre-soak then wash as usual using biological laundry detergent.

From upholstery: Dab lightly with cold water but do not allow the fabric to get too wet. Rinse and dab with a clean cloth to remove excess water. If stain persists, use a proprietary stain remover.

  1. Hi I washed a top and when hanging to dry I found a pasta sauce stain on it. I have tried to get rid of it but no luck. Any ideas please!?
