From carpets Scrape off as much as you can with a blunt knife then shampoo the carpet.

From fabric: Scrape off as much as you can with a blunt knife then soak in a washing soda solution. Wash as normal using as hot a setting as your fabric can take.

From upholstery: Scrape off as much as you can with a blunt knife then use a proprietary stain remover.

  1. How can I remove hot chocolate stain from 80o/o wool carpet. Have tried Vanish stain remover, but not very successful
