2. hi, phil and kirstie, i live in australia and watch your show every day and enjoy it so much you give so many tips to people and try to help them in any way you can,we need someone there just like both of you that cares and doesn,t try to sell you anything. i have learn,t so much form the both of you keep up the good work.yours truly judy.

3. I have had my house on the market for over a year and my estate agent has not had viewer round and I am desperatly in need to move. Is there anyway of off loading the house?

4. Dear Kirstie and Phil I would like to move up the property ladder. I bough when rates were very high in the early 90's, but now have some equity. Should I wait and make overpayments on my very low Standard Variable Rate mortgage, or should I sell up now before prices start to rise?

5. There could be several reasons for selling a property. May be to refinance debts or reorganize investments. In such circumstances, we look forward to easy and hassle-free closing of the property deals. Timeshare properties are also no different.

6. hello,love your program,i've a chateau in the south of france i've been renovating for the last 4 years,two thirds finished,due to health & financial reasons i've put it up for sale,could you give me an idea of what to advertise it on in england,i've been in france for 26 years and have only recently aquired a sky box so don't know much about anything english anymore, thanks a wood

7. On your list of tips for selling a house you state "Find a Good Agent" could you please advise on what makes a GOOD agent. Having shown the house on Rightmove, prepared a brochure and advertised in the local property guide can they really do more? I suspect they can, but what? Any tips would be gratefully received Thank you M Pickles
