Hi Phil &Kirsty, My wife and I are currently living in Australia but we want to return home to England We are looking to buy in a town or village area preferrably in Kent There is just the two of us plus our dog Allie so a 2-3 bedroomed semi detached/detached property is fine we estimate we could comfortably buy a house around 175-215K possibly 230K We will consider other counties as well paticularly Berkshire, Oxfordshire, we are finding it very difficult to do everything from this end so if you can please pass this message on to Phil & kirsty we would be very grateful We are looking to move in 2010. 2. My husband and I have been house hunting for 10 months - we even sold our house and moved into a rented house. we can't seem to agree on any house. My most important thing is the location. I wish you could come and help us...and make us see things with new eyes, before we fall out for good over it!!

5. Dear Kirsty & Phil, I am wanting to relocate to the East Lothian area of Scotland, but have rented all my life and i don't know were to even start when it comes to buying. How do i go about looking for a mortgage etc?? Be really grateful for some advice. Many thanks Miss Scotland
