Fancy a home that’s a cut above the rest? Loftcube is a mobile living unit that can be plonked onto a flat roof by a crane or helicopter. Developed by Werner Disslinger from a prototype which went on show in 2003, it’s made up of individual segments that can create transparent or enclosed exterior walls, and has internal partitions in Corian which can be positioned to create a customised interior.
