The Cambridge development beat stiff competition from five other schemes shortlisted to claim the £20,000 prize. The presentation took place at a glittering award ceremony on Saturday 11th October at the Arena and Convention Centre, Liverpool. It was televised live on Channel 4, in a programme presented by Kevin McCloud.
