1. Blend half the strawberries with the icing sugar and set aside.
2. Mix the remaining strawberries in a bowl with the meringue pieces. Add the yoghurt then gently fold in most of the strawberry pulp, reserving approximately 3 tablespoons.
3. Pile into serving dishes or tall glasses, drizzle with the remaining pulp and serve immediately.
