Bono impersonator Robert served crab stuffed mushrooms with garlic prawns for his starter
Preheat the oven to 200°C/gas mark 6. Place the mushrooms on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
Meanwhile heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the peppers, onion and half the garlic with some salt and pepper until soft. Remove from the heat and stir in the crab meat.
Take the mushrooms out of the oven and stuff with the crab mixture. Top with grated cheese then bake for further 10-15 minutes until golden.
While the mushrooms are in the oven, melt some more butter and fry the garlic and prawns for 3-4 minutes. Lift from the pan then fry the spinach for a few seconds to wilt.
Divide the spinach between serving plates and sit the prawns on top. Serve with the mushrooms.
