Gemma began her dinner party with creamy prawns and scallops on Come Dine With Me West Midlands
Place the scallops and prawns in a bowl with the chilli and olive oil. Cover and chill to marinate.
Heat some more oil in a frying pan and fry the shallot and garlic until golden. Add the prawns and a splash of white wine and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Meanwhile heat a griddle pan until hot then melt the butter and griddle the scallops for 2 minutes each side.
Stir the tomato purée, black pepper and cream into the prawns and gently heat through.
Arrange the salad on serving plates and serve with the prawns and scallops.
