Panto star Nick Bateman ended his evening with a chocolate oud on Come Dine With Me Celebrity Pantomime Special

Serves 5

Ingredients

• 850g milk chocolate, broken into pieces
• 450ml custard
• 600ml double cream
• Irish cream liqueur, to taste
• Marshmallows, to decorate

Method

1. Melt the chocolate in a bowl set over a pan of just simmering water. Stir the chocolate into the custard, followed by the cream and Irish cream liqueur.

2. Divide between serving glasses and chill overnight. Decorate with marshmallows before serving.
