Serves 5

Ingredients

• 1 quantity basic Swiss meringue
• 600ml whipping cream
• 450g strawberries, chopped

Method

1. Make the meringues according to this recipe and allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces.

2. In a bowl whisk the cream until light and soft. Layer the cream in serving glasses with the meringue and strawberries. Stir gently and serve.
