Chris Kerr served pancetta-wrapped scallops with a classic herby sauce on Come Dine With Me Aberdeen
For the salsa verde, mix the shallots, capers, anchovies, basil, parsley, garlic and lemon juice. Add enough olive oil to get a sauce.
Wrap the scallops in pancetta and thread onto skewers. Brush with oil then griddle for 3 minutes each side.
Arrange on serving plates and serve with the salsa verde.
